A woman was able to capture this image of Mikey Arroyo, Pampanga congressman and son of incumbent president PGMA, buying expensive liquor in a wine store in Katipunan Avenue. This in the midst of the Ondoy crisis. The woman was later allegedly harassed by Arroyo's goons.
